How it works

From introduction to commission, without guesswork.

The program uses your company account and the existing VelocityDial billing workflow. There is no separate partner portal to learn.

    Activate your affiliate account

    Open Billing in your company dashboard and activate the affiliate program. Your referral code remains linked to your company.

    Share your unique signup link

    When a new company signs up through the link, VelocityDial records the referral once. Self-referrals and invalid codes are not accepted.

    Earn on eligible paid plans

    You earn 15% of the verified amount paid for plan purchases and subscription renewals. Wallet top-ups and call charges are not eligible.

    Review activity in Billing

    Your dashboard shows your stable code, referral link, referred-company count, net accrued commission, and commission history.

Commission follows the payment—not a marketing estimate.

After discounts

The eligible basis is the settled customer amount after any coupon or plan discount, so reporting matches the real payment.

Recurring eligibility

Eligible subscription renewals use the same 15% calculation after the provider confirms the payment.

Refund-aware

Full refunds and voids reverse the related commission. Partial refunds proportionally adjust it.

Duplicate-safe

Each eligible payment can create only one commission record, even if a provider event is retried.
