Quick answer

Who is responsible for your data?

VelocityDial is the controller of personal data collected through this website and your account registration. Data that your organisation uploads — contacts, campaign lists, notes, and recordings — is processed on your organisation's instructions, and your organisation is the controller of that data. You can reach us at any time at support@velocitydial.com.

Section 01

Information we collect

We collect only what the service needs to operate: your account, your team's calling activity, and the technical signals required to keep it secure.

01

Account & company information

When your company registers, we collect the business details you provide — company name, your name, business email address, country, and plan selection. Agent accounts created inside your workspace include a display name, login credentials, and assigned line.

02

Contacts & campaign data

Your organisation may upload contact lists, phone numbers, campaign CSV files, dispositions, notes, and callbacks. This data belongs to your organisation and is processed to deliver the calling workflows you configure.

03

Call records & recordings

We store call detail records (numbers called, start time, duration, outcome, and credit used). When your organisation enables recording, audio recordings, along with timestamps and agent attribution, are stored so your team can review conversations.

04

Billing & transaction data

Plan purchases and wallet top-ups are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation records — amount, currency, plan, date, and status — but we do not store your full card number.

05

Technical & usage data

Like most services, we record IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs. This keeps sessions secure, prevents abuse, and helps us understand how the product is used.

06

Support communications

When you contact us by email, the support form, or WhatsApp, we keep the message thread and any details you share so we can resolve your request and maintain a history of support.

Section 02

How we use information

Every use traces back to running the service you signed up for, securing it, or meeting a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data.

01

Deliver the service

Authenticate companies and agents, provision lines, route calls through approved carriers, show call history, run campaign queues, and present recordings and notes to authorised users.

02

Bill and support

Charge for plans and calling credits, maintain wallet balances, answer support requests, and send service-related notices (billing, security, material changes).

03

Secure and improve

Detect fraud and abuse, enforce access controls, debug incidents, and improve features using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

04

Comply with law

Meet tax, accounting, and lawful requests from authorities, and honour the telecommunications rules that apply to calling services in the UAE.

Section 03

Cookies & similar technologies

We keep cookies minimal: what keeps you signed in, what remembers your preferences, and what measures anonymous usage.

01

Strictly necessary

Session and authentication cookies keep you logged in to the company or agent portal and protect against cross-site request forgery. The service cannot function without them.

02

Preferences

We remember interface choices — such as your light or dark theme — in your browser's local storage.

03

Analytics

Public pages load Google Analytics (gtag) to count visits and understand which pages help most. Google processes this data under its own terms. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on or blocking cookies.

Section 04

When information is shared

We share data only with the parties that make the service work, and never for sale.

01

Telephony carriers & routes

To connect a call, the destination number and call metadata are shared with the carrier or route provider carrying the call. This is inherent to how telephony works.

02

Infrastructure & tooling

Cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and support tooling providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.

03

Payment processor & analytics

Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we receive only transaction confirmations. Google Analytics processes aggregated usage data as described above.

04

Legal requirements

We disclose information when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of VelocityDial, our customers, or the public.

Section 05

Retention, transfers & your rights

Under the UAE PDPL and comparable laws, you have meaningful control over your personal data.

01

How long we keep data

Account and call data are retained while your account is active. After closure, we keep backups for a reasonable period before permanent deletion, except where law requires longer retention. Call recordings follow your organisation's retention settings.

02

International transfers

We and our subprocessors may process data in the UAE and in other countries where we or our providers operate, using contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

03

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for a copy, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact support@velocitydial.com — we respond within the timelines set by applicable law.

04

Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated, workspaces are role-scoped, and activity is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protection of your calling data as a core obligation.

Section 06

Changes & contact

The practical end of the policy: how updates work, who to ask, and what this policy does not cover.

01

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law evolves. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email, and the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.

02

Organisation data

If you use VelocityDial through an employer or client, direct data requests for contacts, campaigns, and recordings to that organisation first; we support our customers in responding to their people.
