Section 01

Accounts & the service

Who can use VelocityDial, what they get, and what they are responsible for.

01

Eligibility & agreement

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

02

Accounts & credentials

Company administrators are responsible for their users' activity, for agent seat assignments, and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@velocitydial.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

03

What the service is

VelocityDial provides browser-based calling, contact and campaign workflows, call records, optional recordings, and billing controls, delivered through approved telephony routes. Features depend on your plan, account status, and destination approval.

04

Not for emergencies

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the service is not designed or intended to reach emergency numbers (such as 999 or 911). Keep an alternative means of calling emergency services.

Section 02

Plans, credits & billing

How charges work, what you are buying, and what happens when payment does not arrive.

01

Fees & calling credits

Plan prices, included allowances, and destination rates are those displayed at the time of purchase on our pricing pages. Outbound calls consume wallet credits at your plan's rates and billing increments; balances are visible in your workspace.

02

Payment

Fees are charged in advance through our payment provider; you authorise recurring charges for any subscription period you select, plus applicable taxes. Purchased credits and consumed allowances are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan.

03

Changes & suspension

We may change prices or rates with advance notice; new rates apply from your next billing period. Non-payment or suspicious activity may suspend calling until the account is restored.

Section 03

Acceptable use

The rules that keep the service usable and lawful for everyone on the network.

01

Call people lawfully

Use the service only for lawful business communication with contacts who have a genuine reason to hear from you. Unsolicited bulk robocalls, deceptive caller ID, harassment, and violations of UAE telecom rules or do-not-call expectations are prohibited.

02

Content & licences

You confirm that lists, recordings, and content you upload are yours to use and that you hold any permissions required — including informing called parties where recordings are enabled. You grant us the licence needed to process that content solely to run the service.

03

Technical boundaries

No reverse engineering beyond permitted law, no reselling or white-labelling of the service without agreement, no security testing of the platform without written authorisation, and no use that degrades or circumvents fair-use controls.

04

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, including where a route or regulator requires it. Where reasonable, we will notify the account administrator.

Section 04

Availability, third parties & changes

What we promise, what depends on others, and how the terms themselves evolve.

01

Service availability

We aim for reliable service, but calls depend on carriers, routes, internet connectivity, and destination approvals, some of which are outside our control. Scheduled maintenance and occasional disruption may occur unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

02

Third-party services

Telephony carriers, payment processing (Stripe), and other providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party network failures, though we will help diagnose issues that originate on our side.

03

Changes to the platform

We continuously improve the product and may add, modify, or retire features. If a material change materially reduces what you paid for, we will give advance notice.

04

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 05

Legal essentials

Ownership, liability boundaries, and the law that applies — stated plainly.

01

Intellectual property

The platform, software, branding, and documentation belong to VelocityDial and are licensed, not sold, to you. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product without obligation.

02

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to VelocityDial in the twelve months before the claim arose.

03

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VelocityDial against claims arising from your content, your calling practices, or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

04

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@velocitydial.com before pursuing any dispute — most issues are resolved quickly.
